Welcome to Douglas Inn and Suites in Blue Ridge. After a seven year hiatus our family is delighted to be back in Blue Ridge and managing the first Inn we ever built. We live on site to ensure all aspects of our business can be properly taken care of in order to meet our guest expectations. We offer 25 units in a quiet location on a ridge overlooking Blue Ridge, just a mile or less from downtown. They say the grass is always greener on the other side, but if you ask us, the grass is pretty green.

Monday, August 3, 2015. The Making of Into The Jail. The colonial era prison was officially closed in November 1996. Next year 1997, Pudu jail was opened for a short while for public tours of its cells and viewing of its facilities. Lastly, the pudu jail was demolished in 2012, only the old prison mosque will be maintained. Thursday, April 9, 2015.
